最後に、余談になりますが、クラッシックの驚くべき効果について紹介したいと思います。オーストラリアのモーニングトン・ペニンシュラで行われた実験ですが、増え続ける犯罪への対策として、夜間にいろいろな街区でクラッシックを流したところ、一週間もたたないうちに犯罪が劇的に減少したそうです【註12】。クラッシックには人の心を和ませる効果があるので、行列ができている場所や人で溢れている場所でBGMとして流すと穏やかな雰囲気を醸し出せるかもしれません。
